2004 SEASON IN REVIEW For the 2004 season, we ended up finishing second in the points championship for the second year in a row, with one win, and two runner-ups. Larry Perkins won with four wins and two runner-ups. Below are all of our results for the year. THANKS EVERYONE! NO PROBLEMS AT NO PROBLEM! Race 1 - No Problem Raceway, LA, 3/21/04 We Won! For the third year in a row we won the first event of the year! We qualified number one, won the event, and set the ET record! Race 3 - Cecil County Dragway, MD, 5/16/04 For the first time since we brought my dad’s old car back out, we did not win the event. We qualified second, and lost in the finals. Check out the Race Report to read all about it! Race Report STRAIGHT TO THE FINALS! Race 4 - Milan Dragway, MI, 6/13/04 Again, we qualified second, and lost in the finals. This time due to a system malfunction. We did make good progress on our car and had a best ever for us 1.207 sixty foot time! Click on "Race Report" below for all the details! Race Report NO FINALS THIS TIME Race 5 - Quaker City Raceway, OH, 7/18/04 After rain shortened qualifying, we lost in the semis. Race Report FIRST ROUND BLUES Race 6 - Maryland International Raceway, OH, 8/01/04 Well, it was not the best weekend we have ever had. We qualified third of four, and lost in the first round. We did however figure out A LOT, and the car should be a lot better at the next race! Race Report THE SEASON IS OVER! Race 8 - National Trail raceway, OH, 9/19/2004 We didn't win, but we tried real hard! Too hard! We qualified second and lost in the semi-finals.
